But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
We accept exchanges on items that have not been used, damaged, or broken.
Damaged or broken items should be identified and addressed to us (seller) within 48 hours after receiving goods.
TO EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.
Product/s should be returned to the Seller not later than 3 working days (within UAE) and not later that 8 working days (if outside of the UAE)
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES on items within the OUTLET page.
REPLACEMENTS: If the item has been in use but it has a quality issue that comes from the manufacturer we will take it into consideration and do an investigation within 5 working days.
Upon that investigation, we shall come to a conclusion either to exchange (if the item is faulty) or reject the claim (if the item is in working condition but not accepted by the customer)
NO RETURNS we accept unless the product is damaged and it is identified not later than 48 hours one the goods received.
